1. Returns and Exchanges

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Brand Fashion Retail. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return or exchange, items must be:

  • Unworn
  • Unwashed
  • With tags intact

Please note the following exceptions:

  • Final Sale Items: Items marked as "final sale" cannot be returned or exchanged.
  • Underwear and Personalized Items: Due to hygiene reasons, underwear and personalized items are not eligible for return or exchange unless they are defective or damaged upon receipt.

2. How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

To initiate a return or exchange, please follow these steps:

  • Contact our customer service team at support@brandfashionretail.com within 30 days of receiving your order.
  • Provide your order number and details of the item(s) you wish to return or exchange.
  • Our customer service team will provide you with a Return Authorization (RA) number and further instructions on how to return the item(s).

3. Return Shipping

  • For returns or exchanges due to customer preference (e.g., size or color), customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. Brand Fashion Retail is not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments.

4. Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days.
  • Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment used for the purchase.
  • Shipping costs (if applicable) are non-refundable.

5. Defective or Incorrect Items

  • If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at support@brandfashionretail.com.
  • We will provide a prepaid return label for the defective or incorrect item(s) and issue a replacement or refund upon receipt and inspection.

6. Refund Processing Time

  • Depending on your financial institution, it may take additional time for the refund to appear in your account.
